Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s).

  1. Consult our customer service (carry1088store@outlook.com) Indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return and the reason.
  1. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours.
  1. Please send the item(s) within 7 business days upon receiving the return instructions. And keep the tracking number safe.
  1. Refund you within 2-5 business days or prepare new items asap after we receive your returns.

Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address if you want to return any items. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Please note:

Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.

(1) We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

(2)We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

(3)Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-1088stores products

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color aberration may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color(totally different), please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

1. Contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within SEVEN days upon receiving your item(s).After 7 Days,we cannot offer return service .
2. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear,or odors. We only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.
3. Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.
4. We only accept returns from DHL/FedEx shipping lines. They are the safest.If the parcel was hold by the Customs, the Customs Clearance fee need to be paid by customer,Or we can’t get the item. If you use other shipping methods, we will refuse to sign for it.
5. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service.
6. We can only refund when we got item.If we cannot got that,we refuse to refund.We can only refund you the item price itself.
Please Note:
We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
